Serves: 4


2 tbsp 30 ml   Olive oil
1 cup 250 ml Shallots, finely sliced
  � cup 60 ml   Garlic, minced
2 tbsp 30 ml Ginger, minced
  2 cups 500 ml   Pork, ground
2 tbsp 30 ml Sweet chili sauce
  1 tbsp 15 ml   Sumba ulic (lemon grass paste)
1 tbsp 15 ml Shrimp galun gal (fermented shrimp paste)
  2 tbsp 30 ml   Fish sauce
2 tbsp 30 ml Soy sauce
  2 tbsp 30 ml   Kecup manis (sweet soy sauce)
1 head Romaine lettuce
    Cilantro leaves for garnish
� cup 60 ml Roasted peanuts for garnish
In hot wok, heat oil and saut� shallots until browned. Add in garlic and ginger. Toss in pork, cooking until browned. Stir in remaining ingredients, cooking until liquid is reduced and thick. Serve on platter or individual dishes, with lettuce leaves for wrapping. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and chopped roasted peanuts.
