Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup Shallots, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger minced
- 2 cups ground pork
- 2 tbsp sweet chili paste
- 1 tbsp lemon grass paste
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- cilantro & peanuts for garnish
In hot wok, heat oil and saut� shallots until browned.
Add in garlic and ginger.
Toss in pork, cooking until browned.
Stir in remaining ingredients, cooking until liquid is reduced and thick.
Serve on platter or individual dishes, with lettuce leaves for wrapping.
Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and chopped roasted peanuts
